Cylindrical filters

    They are designed for household vacuum cleaners (HomeLine series) and industrial (ProLine series) we designed them to clean the air drawn in by the vacuum cleaner most precisely. The surface of the filter material is many times enlarged thanks to the special folding. This ensures that large amounts of microscopic contaminants, including mites and dust particles, are retained.

    Outlet filters

    Made of high-quality microfibers, which folded in a harmonious manner gains a large filtration surface – retains up to 99.95% of particles larger than 0.3 μm. It has an excellent mounting in the form of a plastic housing. It is characterized by the highest degree of air purification (HEPA) from dust and mites, which is why it works well at home of any allergic.

    Foam dust filters

    In our filter we used foam with high air permeability and a structure that trapped dust. The filter is additionally reinforced with a nonwoven layer that increases its performance by up to 20%. It allows to obtain high efficiency of air cleaning.

    How do you clean vacuum cleaner filters?

    The filters can be divided according to the cleaning method into washable and indelible. Non-washable are made of cellulose, can be damaged in contact with water, they are cleaned mechanically, usually just shake them over the basket. However, washable filters can be rinsed with water. Cleaning itself, however, is not enough. At least once a year (with the standard use of a vacuum cleaner) the filter should be replaced with a new one.

    Why is regular filter replacement so important?

    Our filters are designed for different parts of the vacuum cleaner, one is a barrier preventing the entry of pollutants on the outside, while others are used to protect the engine. Regardless of which of them you use – it is important that you remember about its regular exchange. Like any product, the filter use itself up and over time loses its quality, it affects the deterioration of the vacuum cleaner’s work, and even problems with its operation: overheating, sudden shutdown, suction power drop. The filter change allows you to maintain the optimum properties of the vacuum cleaner.

    HEPA – what is this?

    We use HEPA technology in all our filters where it is possible. Hepa is a high efficiency air filter, we distinguish 5 classes: HEPA H10 (EPA E10), HEPA H11 (EPA E11), HEPA H12 (EPA E12), HEPA H13, HEPA H14. The last two classes purify the air to the highest degree, up to 99.95% and up to 99.995%.The EPA classes perfectly retain particles larger than 0.4 μm. The higher the filtration class, the smaller the particle stops the filter and the air is cleaned more thoroughly. HEPA H13 and H14 filters are the most perfect and are especially recommended for people suffering from allergies.
